1 License Grant

Subject to a valid subscription, 1QR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Plugin in accordance with your purchased plan.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or share the Plugin.
• Share or transfer your license key to unauthorized users.
• Remove or modify copyright, trademark, or licensing notices.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, or attempt to circumvent the licensing or security mechanisms of the Plugin.

2 Purpose of the Plugin

1QR is a WooCommerce plugin that generates Bangla QR payment requests and assists merchants in verifying customer payments.

1QR is not a bank, payment gateway, payment processor, Mobile Financial Service (MFS), financial institution, or money transfer service.

The Plugin does not receive, hold, transfer, or control customer funds. All payments are processed directly between the customer and their selected bank or MFS provider.

3 Third-Party Services

Some features of 1QR depend on third-party services, including but not limited to: QR Code decoding services, SMS-Gate services, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Banks/MFS providers.

We do not own or control these services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, APIs, performance, or policies.

Any interruption, maintenance, API modification, pricing change, suspension, or permanent discontinuation of third-party services may affect certain Plugin features, and shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

4 Merchant Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your website, hosting environment, business operations, and compliance with all applicable laws, Bangladesh Bank regulations, and payment provider policies.

You acknowledge that 1QR provides software only and does not supervise or validate your business activities.

5 Brand Name Display

1QR Pro allows merchants to display a custom Brand Name or Shop Name in supported payment applications during the QR payment process. This feature changes only the displayed name and does not modify the Bangla QR payload.

By enabling this feature, you confirm that:

• You are legally authorized to use the displayed Brand Name or Shop Name.
• The displayed name accurately represents your business or organization.
• Its use does not violate any law, trademark, or third-party rights.

1QR does not verify the ownership, legality, or accuracy of any displayed Brand Name. You are solely responsible for any dispute or legal consequence arising from the use of this feature.

6 Prohibited Use

You may not use 1QR for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, sale of illegal goods, phishing, or activities prohibited by Bangladesh Bank. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses associated with prohibited activities.

7 Documentation and Support

Comprehensive documentation is provided to help you install and configure the Plugin. Technical support is provided primarily through Email Support.

We may also provide support through WhatsApp as a courtesy. WhatsApp support is not guaranteed, and delayed or unavailable WhatsApp support shall not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

8 Updates

Active subscriptions include access to Plugin updates (security improvements, bug fixes, compatibility patches) during the subscription period. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at our discretion.

9 Compatibility

1QR is designed for supported versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. Although we strive for broad compatibility, we do not guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, hosting provider, or custom modification.

10 Disclaimer

The Plugin is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continuous compatibility with future third-party platform changes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1QR and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, payment failures caused by MFS/banks, data loss, or merchant misconfiguration.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1QR and its developers from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the plugin, violation of these Terms, or disputes between you and your customers.

13 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, deactivate, or terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms, share your license key fraudulently, or engage in prohibited activities.

14 Force Majeure

1QR shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber attacks, or third-party API disruptions.

15 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our rights.

17 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1QR regarding the Plugin.

18 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

19 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
