2 Payment Information
1QR is not a payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
The plugin generates Bangla QR payment requests and assists with payment verification only. All financial transactions are processed directly between the customer and their selected bank or Mobile Financial Service (MFS) application.
We do not collect, process, receive, or store customer payment credentials, bank account information, or payment card information.
3 SMS Privacy
When using the 1QR Mobile Companion App:
- Payment SMS messages are securely transmitted from your merchant phone directly to your own WordPress website using a signed webhook.
- SMS messages are not stored, processed, or analyzed on 1QR servers.
- Your payment SMS remains under your control at all times.
4 Third-Party Services
Some core features of 1QR rely on trusted third-party services. These include: QR Code decoding services for processing customer-uploaded QR codes, and SMS-Gate services used by the Mobile Companion App to securely forward payment SMS to your website.
These services are essential for certain plugin features. While we carefully choose reliable providers, their availability, performance, pricing, APIs, and policies are outside our control. Temporary outages, maintenance, API changes, or service discontinuation may affect some plugin functionality.
5 License Verification
To activate and validate your license, the plugin may communicate with our licensing server and transmit your License Key, Website Domain, and Plugin Version.
This information is used solely for license activation, license validation, plugin updates, and preventing unauthorized use.
6 Cookies
Our website may use cookies for user authentication, shopping cart functionality, website analytics, and performance improvements.
