Choose Verification Method

1QR supports two distinct validation methodologies tailored to your business operations scale.

Manual Verification FREE

Customers complete the payment by scanning the QR code and then enter the last 4 digits of their payment mobile number. The order is placed On Hold, and site admin manually verify the payment from payment transaction SMS or transaction history before processing the order.

Ideal For: Small businesses Volume: Low order flow Setup: Instantly active
Automatic Verification PRO

After payment, the Mobile Companion App securely sends the payment SMS directly to your website via a signed webhook. 1QR instantly verifies the payment and updates the order status automatically. Your payment SMS is sent directly to your website. 1QR never stores or processes your merchant SMS on our servers.

Ideal For: Growing brands Volume: High-velocity order flows Processing: Millisecond instant updates
06

Select Your Bangla QR Provider

Map the precise structural layout template matching your core payment aggregator endpoint provider inside the setting panel fields (e.g., bKash, TallyPay, or Custom Parser parameters).

Correct parsing mappings guarantee regular string matches on inbound incoming dynamic transaction text nodes.

07

Configure Automated Order Status

Determine the processing funnel automation path target for successful verified payment cycles:

Product Distribution Architecture
Recommended Status Target
📦 Physical Logistic Products
Processing
⚡ Digital / Downloadable Deliveries
Completed

Note: Manual Payment verification modes always defaults order routing paths to the safe On Hold state until admin review actions occur.

08

Place a Live Test Order

Before launching marketing frameworks, confirm standard operational statuses run fine:

  • Add mock item to cart and select 1QR Gateway option during checkout.
  • Scan the injected canvas modal using your separate consumer wallet application.
  • Complete checkout and verify hook status response modifications reflect properly on your order table dashboard.

You're Ready to Scale!

01
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT PRO CONFIGURATION

Install Mobile Companion App (SMS Gateway)

Automatic Verification requires a dedicated active Android handset that receives your business node merchant payment SMS alerts.

⚠️ Play Store Permission for Third-Party Installation

Since this app is installed directly from an APK link (outside the Google Play Store), Google Play Protect may flag it during installation. Follow these steps to bypass it safely:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Play Protect from the menu, then tap the Settings (Gear) Icon in the top right.
  4. Turn OFF the toggle for "Scan apps with Play Protect".
  5. Now proceed to install the downloaded APK file. Once installed successfully, you can turn Play Protect back ON if you wish.

Crucial Android Background Optimization Rules

To route real-time verification triggers, Android must never force-sleep or throttle the companion app runtime. You must configure the system rules explicitly below:

  • Disable Battery Optimization: Switch to 'Unrestricted' or 'No Optimization' state.
  • Allow Auto Start: Permit the service to re-initiate automatically on system reboot loops.
  • Lock App in Recents: Open your app switcher dashboard and lock/pin the app window down.
  • Allow Background Mobile Data: Ensure unchecked network loops are active.
🛡 Privacy Shield: No transaction SMS content is ever cached or parsed on our cloud cluster systems. Data relays locally.

Configure SMS Companion App Settings

Open the SMS Gateway app on your Android device and carefully configure the parameters listed below inside each tab:

HOME Tab
  • Set Cloud serverON
  • Set Start on bootON
  • Tap the "ONLINE" button to initiate the background listener.
SETTINGS Tab
  • Click on "Cloud Server" → From here, copy the auto-generated Username and Password (Note: Users can enter their own custom password here if preferred).
  • Go back to the main Settings page.
  • Click on "Webhooks" → Then click "Signing Key" → Type a random secure key phrase (e.g., Dxodke9Kd55d11d). *The recommended length is 10–16 characters.* Click OK to save.

✅ All done! The app is now perfectly structured to relay signals.
